a work protocol is described that is applicable to all the treatments
described in this manual.
PHASE 1:
Phase 1 is based on the preparation of the skin for the treatment. Therefore,
consists of the cleaning and exfoliation of the skin. The demake
up and cleaning must be performed with emolient emulsions, not detergents,
since mature skins usually possess little protection. This process
before the application of the apparatus must be performed in such
a way that it doesn’t alter the pH and trying to recover the
covering capacity. Actives like dermophilic oils of wheat germ can
be used, onagra, borraja, aguacate or extracts of malva, avena,
altea...
The exfoliation is an important phase in the treatment of ageing,
since besides preparing the skin for the penetration of cosmetics,
it favours cellular renovation. The exfoliants can be AHA or enzymatic
peelings.
In an orientative manner, exfoliation according to the skin type
will be:
-Atonic: greater frequency.
-Circulatory problems: less frequency.
-Dry and sensitive skin: soft superficial exfoliation
very sporadically.
-Coarse skin: greater frequency
-Hyperchromias: chemical exfoliation.
-if there aren’t any hyperchromias: the hydration
must be improved.
Each skin is unique and therefore each treatment will be different
according to its needs. The treatments will be combined at the three
levels mentioned. The AUTOMATIC VITALTERM can be applied in different
phases of the treatment. In this stage of the treatment, the AUTOMATIC
VITALTERM, has as objective to balance the side effects of the manipulations
and improve the blood flow for the correct and homogenous assimilation
of the applied cosmetological product. In general, a standard can
be established in the application of the treatments:
-Treatment before the application of cosmetic products:
vibrators, suction, dry or wet heat, laser, AUTOMATIC VITALTERM.
In this stage, the AUTOMATIC VITALTERM is explained exclusively
with conducting gel and has an effect of preparation of the skin
for the reception of the cosmetics.
-Treatments with cosmetic products: According
to age, wrinkles, hyperchromias, etc. With massage, iontophoresis,
AUTOMATIC VITALTERM, etc. In this phase, to the purely physical
action of the current of AUTOMATIC VITALTERM must be added its great
capacity of penetration and activation of cosmetic substances.
-Treatments after the application of cosmetic products:
oclusion, high frequency, infra red, AUTOMATIC VITALTERM... in this
phase, the AUTOMATIC VITALTERM stands out for normalizing the skins
treated through the circulatory increase, allowing the final action
of the treatment to be pleasant as well as effective.
PHASE 2:
Once contemplated under what variable you wish to perform the treatment
(preparation of the skin, penetration of the active product or sanguine
activation) and the process of cleaning and preparation of the skin
has been performed, the active principle of the chosen cosmetological
product is introduced. The cosmetological product can be in some
of the accepted supports as appropriate to be penetrated next to
the appliance of AUTOMATIC VITALTERM.
PHASE 3:
Next a conduction gel is applied in water base in the whole cutaneous
surface that will be treated. Finally the passive plate is placed
in the zone nearest to the treatment and the application of the
AUTOMATIC VITALTERM is performed by means of its different modalities
of accessories.
The action at muscular level of the AUTOMATIC VITALTERM is also very
significant. With age atony appears in the muscles, that are lengthened,
are hung and lose tone in a progressive manner. As a result of this
process, wrinkles of expression are exaggerated, other new ones
appear and the oval form of the face is lost. In order to improve
the muscular tone you must apply AUTOMATIC VITALTERM against the
direction of fall of the muscle to stimulate its resituation in
its original places. If the flabiness is very manifest (especially
after the age of 50), against the direction of the fall of the muscle
in order to stimulate its resituation in its original places. If
flabiness is very manifest (especially from the age of 50) excitomotor
currents must also be applied of low frequency to jointly stimulate
the different muscular groups of the face. It can be combined with
galvanization, since it possesses trophic effect and improves the
muscular contraction thanks to its effects at ionic level.
